Join us for trauma-informed, trans-affirming yoga to start your day. This practice will be led by an experienced teacher, drawing on gentle postures to help us open to the day and the flow of energy. Expect a Kundalini practice that does not demand a heavy sweat. We want you to feel great heading on to the next morning workshop. New to yoga? Come and try it with us!
