Manjot Singh Khalsa is a psychotherapist in private practice, sacred healer, warrior, interfaith minister, teacher and co-creator of Radikal Healing. Lindy Hoeft MSW
Psychotherapist
Lindy shapes her therapeutic work with a compassionate, person-centered awareness. She offers a space where clients can be proactively supported in accessing and unfolding into a whole and balanced self, while navigating everyday life and emerging growth opportunities. She is experienced in working with individuals and groups, from all ages and backgrounds, who face anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, as well as those affected by trauma. Lindy earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Maryville College. She has additional training in massage therapy, Integrative Hatha Yoga, Nada Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, as well as various forms of energy healing. Lindy blends these approaches with therapy models to create an eclectic approach to the healing process. Her primary focus is empowering clients with awareness and skills to live authentically in their Truth.
Crystal Watson MSW
Psychotherapist
Crystal is a trauma-informed mental health and violence prevention specialist. She completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Capella, and her bachelor’s at Georgian Court University. She has over 10 years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. She also has experience working in partial care and school settings as a social worker. Crystal draws from many different modalities of counseling like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and strength-based approaches. She is currently working towards a certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which activates the brain’s adaptive processing systems to heal from traumatic experiences. She is also working toward her LSW. She has worked with clients with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, codependency, coping skills, depression, domestic violence, self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress management, anger management, social skills, effective communication skills, spirituality, and providing psycho-education. Crystal enjoys empowering her clients to challenge and reframe self-limiting thought patterns and beliefs. She is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those who are seeking treatment she is also committed to assisting clients in achieving overall wellness by collaborating with related service professionals. She does this by providing a “safe space” where her words, tools, and techniques offer solace that can help individuals face their challenges. Crystal is bi-lingual in English & Spanish.
Alicia is a Master’s Level Clinician specializing in working with survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence. Additionally, she has experience working in both adult partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient services with clients with a variety of mental health challenges. Alicia completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Temple University and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Rosemont College with a concentration on trauma-informed mental health. She is currently receiving clinical supervision and working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. She also plans to start training fall 2022 for ketamine assisted psychotherapy. Alicia believes in treating the “whole” person and integrating a range of holistic and therapeutic modalities based on the client’s needs. These modalities include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy, and Solution-Focused and strength-based approaches. She has worked with clients with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, existential crisis, sexual abuse, domestic violence, stress management, substance abuse, self-esteem, coping skills, spirituality, and psycho-education. Alicia provides motivation and unconditional positive regard while assisting clients on their healing journey. She believes in creating a safe space for clients to explore all parts of themselves and achieve overall wellness in all aspects of one’s life.
Chris’ main goal in his work is client empowerment. For over 20 years, he has assisted people of all ages in developing their unique strengths so as to better meet present and any future challenges. Chris’ approach is uniquely tailored and customized to the client’s individual/couple/familial circumstances. He has a variety of skills and areas of expertise as a psychotherapist, energy healer, hypnotist, interfaith minister and spirit communicator. Chris also has extensive experience as a teacher and mentor of metaphysical studies. Chris’ hypnotherapy training focused in regression and releasement. He has vast experience addressing and assisting clients in resolving many emotional/behavioral health needs, as well as those of a spiritual or energetic nature. Coming from a practitioner-client teamwork perspective, he will assist in identifying and utilizing past successes and current strengths to help provide understanding, support, and direction.
Tom Pinkl MA, NCC
Psychotherapist
Tom strives to take a person-centered, solution-focused approach with his clients, while remaining trauma-informed. With a solution-focused mindset, Tom seeks to help clients identify their strengths and what is already working in their lives. In addition, he teaches clients skills to help them manage their emotions effectively, improve communication in interpersonal situations, and reduce any unhelpful behaviors that affect their lives. Tom has a Master’s Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University, is a National Certified Counselor and is currently working on his LPC licensure. Tom is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD. He is currently on a DBT Fidelity Team and provides the treatment in both individual and group settings. Tom has worked with a number of client challenges, including trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, emotion dysregulation, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, stress management, anger management, substance use, and interpersonal effectiveness. Tom strives to build a strong, trusting rapport with his clients, which he believes is the key to helping individuals reach their goals. He is dedicated to providing a genuine, nonjudgmental space for his clients to explore and grow in all areas of their life.
Joanne “Hanna” Klausner MA, MS, LMFT
Psychotherapist
Hanna is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an MS degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic University. She also has an MA in Adult Education & Global Change from Linköping University in Sweden. She is Swedish-American and is bilingual in Swedish and English. She spent 5 years living in Japan and Thailand where she worked with education, international relations, meditation and Buddhist studies. In addition, she has travelled the world extensively, including several trips to India to deepen her study of yoga practices and philosophy. Hanna has worked with grief and trauma using Mindfulness and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She draws from a range of therapeutic techniques based on the client’s needs, experiences and interests. These therapeutic tools include talk therapy, sand tray therapy, meditation, mindfulness, narrative therapy, relaxation techniques, pranayama and more. Hanna assists and witnesses the client’s process of reconnecting with their inner wisdom in a safe, compassionate and supportive environment.
Nikole Markie MSW, LSW

Nikole is a Masters Level Licensed Social Worker. She graduated from Widener University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. She has experience working with the mental health population primarily in an inpatient hospitalization setting. Nikole has worked with a variety of clients and most often those experiencing depression, anxiety, mood instability challenges, chronic illness, and post-traumatic stress symptoms. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy
Marielle Spero MS, LAC, NCC
Psychotherapist
Marielle has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. She also completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Monmouth University. Marielle takes a holistic approach in working with clients and views the process of healing from the inside out. She works with a variety of clients and is always open to broadening her experience to better guide those on their journey. Marielle has worked with a diversity of client challenges which include: anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive behaviors, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress management, coping skills, trauma, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, decision making, communication skills, and building emotional intelligence. Marielle’s main theoretical orientations are existentialism and person-centered approach, as well as integrating creativity, eco-therapy, and spirituality-centered therapeutic techniques. Her masters work included a specialization in eco-therapy. Some examples of eco-therapy modality that can be implemented into treatment are walk-and-talk therapy, forest bathing, planting/gardening, and nature meditation. She is enthusiastic about reconnecting with the natural world and passionate about helping others discover the healing elements of nature. Marielle is motivated to help assist individuals in finding a deeper individual and collective consciousness, while having a strong emphasis on community. She helps clients in finding inner peace and working toward radical acceptance. Marielle is continuously looking to expand her knowledge and grow as an individual, and by honoring the light in others, it helps honor the light in her.
Amber Patterson MEd
International Liaison
As the International Liaison, Amber is responsible for all tasks related to Radikal Healing transitioning from a historically USA-only based business with locations in PA & NJ to pursuing a location in Europe. Amber received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgian Court University and a Master’s degree in Education, with a focus on School Counseling. She is currently working toward pursuing the State of New Jersey licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Maria Hagon
Billing Coordinator
As billing coordinator, Maria is responsible for submitting claims to health insurance providers and answering client questions about claims and billing. A Texas native, Maria received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She works full time as a Preschool teacher in New Jersey. Maria is bi-lingual in English & Spanish and moved to USA from Mexico as a child.
