Manjot Singh Khalsa is a psychotherapist in private practice, sacred healer, warrior, interfaith minister, teacher and co-creator of Radikal Healing. Brighid is a healing catalyst, counselor and therapeutic guide for people who want to come back to their center, heal themselves and experience joy. She incorporates mindfulness and relaxation techniques into her work and guides people to find their power. Many of her clients arrive feeling stuck in their progress, and she helps them eliminate pain, get to the bottom of the issue and receive insight into their lives. She guides people through anxiety, physical and emotional pain, depression, and life transitions and empowers them through the practice of spiritual growth. Brighid is a domestic violence advocate and has extensive experience working with children and youth who have experienced trauma. She helps people of all ages, with an affinity for the GLBTQIA+ community. She’s an ordained Interfaith Minister, Reiki Shihan (Teacher), holds a ministerial Masters in Metaphysics, is a Shamanic Practitioner, and is a certified Equity-Centered Coach.

Lindy shapes her therapeutic work with a compassionate, person-centered awareness. She offers a space where clients can be proactively supported in accessing and unfolding into a whole and balanced self, while navigating everyday life and emerging growth opportunities. She is experienced in working with individuals and groups, from all ages and backgrounds, who face anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, as well as those affected by trauma. Lindy earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Maryville College. She has additional training in massage therapy, Integrative Hatha Yoga, Nada Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, as well as various forms of energy healing. Lindy blends these approaches with therapy models to create an eclectic approach to the healing process. Her primary focus is empowering clients with awareness and skills to live authentically in their Truth.

Crystal is a dedicated and compassionate social worker with a profound commitment to mental health and well-being. With a wealth of experience and a heart for helping others, Crystal has become a beacon of support for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and sexual assault. As an advocate for mental health awareness and empowerment, Crystal is on a mission to break down stigma and provide knowledge that empowers individuals to lead healthier, happier lives. She excels in delivering psychoeducation that fosters understanding and resilience, making complex issues more approachable. With Crystal’s guidance, you can expect a safe and empathetic space to explore these vital topics, learn coping strategies, and find hope in the midst of challenges. In addition to her expertise in individual counseling, Crystal brings valuable experience in couples counseling, offering a supportive environment for relationships to grow and thrive. She is here to listen, educate, and support you on your journey toward mental and emotional well-being.

Alicia is a pre-licensed therapist with extensive experience in providing support to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition to her expertise in trauma-informed care, she has worked across various levels of care, including adult partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College.

Alicia’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief of treating the “whole” person and tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. She draws from a diverse range of holistic and therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy , Developmental Psychology, Transpersonal/Spiritual Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mind-body therapy, and strength-based approaches.

Specializing in adult clients facing a multitude of challenges, Alicia addresses issues such as anxiety, depression, existential crises, spirituality exploration, sexual abuse, domestic violence, work related stress, identity crisis, life transitions, grief, and family/romantic relationships. Her approach is characterized by empowerment and unconditional positive regard for clients as they embark on their healing journey.

Alicia firmly believes in the collaborative nature of therapy, fostering a safe and empathetic environment where clients can explore all facets of themselves. Her ultimate goal is to support clients in achieving overall wellness across all dimensions of their lives. V (Virginia) is a dedicated psychotherapist specializing in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Relapse Prevention, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Trauma-informed therapy. Her profound understanding of these modalities enables her to create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of everyone she works with. V has delved deep into the intricacies of mental health care, honing her expertise and experience.

V’s advocacy for the LGBTQIA community shines through her practice, where she provides a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore their identities and navigate life’s challenges. She is a staunch ally, dedicated to promoting acceptance, understanding, and mental well-being within this diverse community.

As a new Master’s level social work graduate, V is on the brink of attaining her licensure, a significant milestone that will further solidify her role as a trusted mental health professional. With a blend of empathy, expertise, and a genuine desire to help others thrive, V is poised to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Chris’ main goal in his work is client empowerment. For over 20 years, he has assisted people of all ages in developing their unique strengths so as to better meet present and any future challenges. Chris’ approach is uniquely tailored and customized to the client’s individual/couple/familial circumstances. He has a variety of skills and areas of expertise as a psychotherapist, energy healer, hypnotist, interfaith minister and spirit communicator. Chris also has extensive experience as a teacher and mentor of metaphysical studies. Chris’ hypnotherapy training focused in regression and releasement. He has vast experience addressing and assisting clients in resolving many emotional/behavioral health needs, as well as those of a spiritual or energetic nature. Coming from a practitioner-client teamwork perspective, he will assist in identifying and utilizing past successes and current strengths to help provide understanding, support, and direction.

Hanna is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an MS degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic University. She also has an MA in Adult Education & Global Change from Linköping University in Sweden. She is Swedish-American and is bilingual in Swedish and English. She spent 5 years living in Japan and Thailand where she worked with education, international relations, meditation and Buddhist studies. In addition, she has travelled the world extensively, including several trips to India to deepen her study of yoga practices and philosophy. Hanna has worked with grief and trauma using Mindfulness and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She draws from a range of therapeutic techniques based on the client’s needs, experiences and interests. These therapeutic tools include talk therapy, sand tray therapy, meditation, mindfulness, narrative therapy, relaxation techniques, pranayama and more. Hanna assists and witnesses the client’s process of reconnecting with their inner wisdom in a safe, compassionate and supportive environment.

Nikole is a Masters Level Licensed Social Worker. She graduated from Widener University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. She has experience working with the mental health population primarily in an inpatient hospitalization setting. Nikole has worked with a variety of clients and most often those experiencing depression, anxiety, mood instability challenges, chronic illness, and post-traumatic stress symptoms. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy

Jennifer helps clients discover their own resiliency while finding freedom from past-generated behaviors and current distress on their way to creating a chosen life. She believes in using all life experiences in our human experience to fuel the brilliant & personal discovery of peace, strength, freedom, and eventually joy. Jennifer holds a Masters of Finance, earned her Bachelors degree in Business and is a current graduate student at Delaware State, anticipating her MSW degree conferred Spring 2025. She previously served on the Radikal Healing team as a Life Coach. Jennifer is experienced, trained and/or certified in: Life Coaching, Sex Coaching, Somatic Arts, Breathwork, Self-hypnosis, Visualization, Mindfulness, Guided Meditation, Regenerative Medicine, ESWT (wave therapy technician), Medical Cannabis, Trauma-Informed Practices, Military-Informed PTSD, LGBTQ+ Identities, Behavioral Finance, EFT/TFT, CBT, Yoga Nidra, NLP, Energy Healing/Chakra Balancing, Motivational Interviewing & Co-Dependency Recovery. Some beliefs & practices that resonate strongly with Jennifer include: life-long learning; relevancy, rational thought structure, risk management not risk avoidance, challenging assumptions; limitations, value of experimentation while reducing negative consequences, growth during play, boundaries as sacred, the value of “open space” in life and the simple success of daily kindness to all.

As the International Liaison, Amber is responsible for all tasks related to Radikal Healing transitioning from a historically USA-only based business with locations in PA & NJ to pursuing a location in Europe. Amber received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgian Court University and a Master’s degree in Education, with a focus on School Counseling. She is currently working toward pursuing the State of New Jersey licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

As billing coordinator, Maria is responsible for submitting claims to health insurance providers and answering client questions about claims and billing. A Texas native, Maria received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She works full time as a Preschool teacher in New Jersey. Maria is bi-lingual in English & Spanish and moved to USA from Mexico as a child.
